They had so much fun with the Parents as Teachers coordinator Bobbie.  They were searching for the laminated picture under the shaving cream.  Carsten had a fox and Dallas had a bear.  Pretty easy clean up too.

Baby Bird

Its been so much fun going to the DR about every week and having an ultra sound! Its fun to see the baby go from a little deformed gummy bear to a little baby with arms, fingers, hands and little toes I can not wait to kiss!! I'm so excited to go to Missouri next week and see mom and dad and show them our new little one:)

I can not believe the Lord has blessed us with such an angel! I'm a little mad at my Dr who was so kind to let me see our baby almost every week make me wate 10 more weeks to see our baby bird again!! LOL He should not have spoiled us so!!

Once There Was A Snowman

Peter had signed up for the ward talent show but then didn't have time to prepare anything. So the girls helped him out. They were really excited to sing and were great in practice. But when the time came they were not ready to sing quickly and then get off the stage. Peter sang it for them and basically pushed them down to melt. I was planning on taping it but it was over before I had turned on the camera. Lily was very upset that she didn't get to sing. Here they are coming off the stage and Lily was fussing that she wanted on the stage to sing and dance. She did not want it to be over. I guess we will have to practice on the stage next time so she knows what to expect.

I was getting ready to go visit teach so I left Marie in the living room on her green blanket and the girls sitting on the couch watching Diego. When I came back in the room I couldn't see Marie. The girls were lost in the show and completely oblivious to her. Then I could here her little coos and started calling for her. I saw the ruffle of the couch wiggle and a little eye peek out. I went to check on her and found her playing with the truck she had been playing with on the blanket. Apparently it kept rolling and she just had to follow. So I couldn't resist the picture. She wasn't one bit concerned being under there in the dark. Good thing I swept the day before so she wasn't eating dust bunnies.

Baby Bird

I thought I would share these two videos Matt took today while we wear at our ultra sound! It was the second time we got to see the little peanut but this was the first time we got to hear the babys heart beat!! It was an amazing experiance to hear that little mircle!! We have another ultra sound in 2 weeks and he said that one will be so much fun beacuse the baby will look like a baby!! It will have and wiggle all the 10 toes and fingers and move around!! In the ultra sound we could see the babys little arms and legs that looked more like little nubs! Well i hope you all enjoy these videos as much as we do!!

Lily's First Hair Cut

Here is the beginning. I was very nervous and thought for sure I would mess it up big time. Lily is holding the hair I had separated for bangs.
Here the bangs are cut and she is checking them out. The back has yet to be chopped.

The after shot. She decided she was done holding still so I kept getting shorter trying to keep it even. I am glad I cut that much though it's a lot easier to take care of now.

She is still not sure she likes the bangs. Because you know only boys have short hair. But she hasn't had any major rat nests like she used to. So I am very happy with them. She looks so grown up now it makes me sad. I guess that's how it goes.

We had so much fun being home. I hope we can all get together more often. I love my family!

Thanks Johnny family for the game. The girls think it is great and want to stack the blocks all the time. They love it when it falls.

This was Marie's Christmas present and she love it. But she is not quite ready for it. After another minute or so all I could see of her was the top of her head.

I couldn't help myself. She is so cute and has such a silly long tongue.

These two were adorable after church. They thought it was so fun to have the same dress on and the same kind of hair. They just kept giving each other big hugs and kisses. I wonder how alike they will look as they grow up.
